Q: How should I use my landing page?
A: Use it as your go-to link for agents to create their Fraser accounts. Share your QR business card we created for you with your clients. It includes a QR code to your landing page. When agents register an account with us from your landing page, it will automatically apply the partner discount at checkout.
Q: Who can I share my coupon code with?
A: Share it with your clients AND use it when ordering on behalf of your clients through your own account.
Q: Does the coupon code expire?
A: Nope! It’s reusable and never expires.
Q: Why does my login look different from my client’s?
A: Reps and agents have different account views tailored to their specific needs.
Q: How do I order Stewart Title branded products?
A: Check out our catalog and place your orders here. We plan to add more products in the future. If you need something that isn’t listed, contact your Fraser POC and we’ll see what we can do!
Q: What do I need to know about booking a marketing class?
A: Our sales rep will reach out quarterly with available booking dates and our current list of classes. You can book directly through her! We will create the class flyer and the RSVP (unless you prefer something different). If the class offers CE, they will be able to pay when they sign on the day of the class.
Q: If my client wants a Postcard or other design, but doesn't want to create an account, is there a work around?
A: Yes! You can order a Realtor product on their behalf. Use the Stewart coupon code to get the design for free. Then you’ll just need to pay for print/mail. We encourage you to invoice the agent separately so you aren’t paying out of pocket.
