What is Pro Membership?
Pro Membership includes all of our services: eflyers for every listing plus weekly reblasts and updates, the Newsletter Service, our Monthly Social Bundle, and access to our full digital and social library of designs branded to you.
What's the difference between a Registered Account and Pro?
Registered accounts pay a la carte and are limited to property-specific products like eflyers, property social media, yard signs, and property postcards. Pro includes everything, with no per-order pricing.
Can I choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing?
Yes. Pro Membership is available monthly, quarterly, or yearly, with better pricing the longer the term.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can cancel or change your plan anytime through your member dashboard. No refunds are given, but if you upgrade or downgrade between Pro billing frequencies, it will be prorated.
Does Pro Membership include the Newsletter Service?
Yes. Newsletter is included as part of full Pro Membership.
What is the E-Flyer Service?
Branded agent-to-agent property flyers. We brand the flyer to you and your listing, then send it to our entire database of Realtors in the property's MLS area.
How do I request a flyer?
Log in to your member dashboard, or register an account, and order one of our eflyer products. Our design team creates the flyer, then sends you a preview to review and approve.
How long does turnaround take?
We're open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm CST. Same-day order cutoff is 2pm, edit request cutoff is 3:30pm, and approval cutoff is 4:30pm. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.
How does review and approval work?
You'll receive a preview email with your requested subject line, a preview of your eflyer, and a button to approve or request edits. Do not reply to this email. All approvals and edit requests must be made by clicking the button in the email.
Can I order flyers with a Registered Account?
Yes. Eflyers are included in our a la carte product offerings for Registered Accounts.
What is the Newsletter Service?
A done-for-you monthly email newsletter designed and sent on your behalf, built to keep you in front of your sphere without you writing a word.
Who is this for?
Realtors who want consistent, professional email marketing but don't have time to write and design one every month.
Can I personalize the content?
During onboarding, we send an initial design template for you to approve branding and contact info. Once approved, you won't receive monthly previews. You can still personalize each issue with a monthly note. It's recommended but optional. We email you on the 6th of each month to collect your note for the next issue. Notes are due by the 14th at 4pm CST. Late notes aren't accepted, and a generic note is used instead for that month.
How often is it sent?
Monthly, on the 1st.
How do I get started?
Newsletter is available for Pro Members only. Log in to your member dashboard and click the Onboarding button in the header. If you're not a Pro member yet, visit our Pricing page to join.
What if I want to pause or cancel?
If you cancel Pro Membership, your newsletter is cancelled along with it. If you only want to cancel the newsletter and keep your other Pro services, email us to let us know.
What is included in a Monthly Social Bundle?
Monthly Social Bundles are a Pro Membership perk. Branded-to-you designs for 3 posts per week, plus captions. Once approved, images are ready to save to your phone, and captions are ready to copy and paste to your social accounts. Posts feature static images on generic real estate topics. We recommend posting about your own listings and adding a personal post on the other days of the week. These posts are meant to give you a consistent presence on social media, not to go viral or drive engagement on their own. If you want more engagement, you'll need to be active and engage with others personally.
How is this different from the eflyer or newsletter?
Eflyers promote your listings with your branding. The newsletter promotes you and keeps you top of mind with your sphere. The Monthly Social Bundle gives you an ongoing presence on social media.
Do I need to provide content, or is it fully done-for-you?
You don't need to provide content, but it helps if you send us lifestyle images of yourself. We use these to personalize your posts further. Posts featuring you consistently outperform generic images.
How and when is content delivered?
Once you approve your designs, you'll receive an email with a link to a shared Google Drive folder. The folder includes your image files and a spreadsheet with the caption for each post.

Where is Fraser Real Estate Marketing Co. based, and who do you work with?
We're based in the DFW area of Texas. We work with Realtors all over the country. Our E-Flyer Service is currently available in Texas and Oklahoma only.
Do you offer support for Title and Lender partners?
We currently offer a Title Membership. Lender Membership is coming soon.
