Yes! Our same-day order cutoff time is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.

You can skip the preview process by ordering a re-blast and selecting the ‘Same Flyer As Before‘ option. 

We cannot make edits to the PDF itself on this kind of order, but if you send us a new PDF then we can replace it.

Yes! When filling out your order form, you’ll see several options on the drop down menu with more than one MLS location.

They might be getting flagged as spam. Search info@fraserflyers.com in your inbox and junk folder.

We can remove it from our schedule at anytime – Just email us! You can also submit a “Remove My Flyer” request through your account.

Yes! As long as we have ~10 photos of your listing, we can create a short YouTube video featuring images of the property.

We have several different groups in our database, so it depends on which MLS location your property is listed in. You can always email us to find out.

We schedule each flyer after receiving approval, but if it hasn’t already been sent then we can make the update for you.

Edit request must be submitted by 3:30PM. Any edits requested after 3:30 will be made the next business day.

We do not add captions or audio, and recommend adding trending audio at the time you post your reel. You can use ChatGPT as a resource for coming up with caption ideas!

We have a 24 hour turnaround time from order to preview for our digital designs.

We don’t build full service websites, but we can create agent landing pages!

You can select a preferred send date when placing your order. If you have a specific time in mind, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but can pre-schedule your flyer to be sent on Saturday.

Our 3mo, 6mo, and 12mo members have an ‘auto weekly’ option you can select when ordering. Our Agent Essentials members have to submit a re-blast order.

When logged into your account, click on the ‘My Account’ tab, then scroll down to the ‘My Memberships’ section. You’ll see your current level, along with the option to change it.

 Login to your account, click on the My Account tab, and you’ll see the option to cancel your current membership.

We don’t currently have a referral program, but it’s on our radar! If you heard about us from another agent, let us know their name so we can thank them!

We don’t offer refunds, but can issue a credit to your account.
